An assistant that actually knows you.
chanii is a personal AI assistant with a real, persistent memory. It remembers who you are, reminds you on time, briefs you every morning, and triages your inbox — in a chat that takes voice notes too.
One assistant, four habits
Remembers
Tell it once. Your people, preferences, routines, and always/never rules live in a memory you can browse, edit, and delete — it knows you better every week.
Reminds
“Remind me to call mom Friday” — said in chat or in a voice note — becomes a reminder that actually fires, as a push notification or by email.
Briefs
A morning brief at your chosen time: today's calendar, reminders due, what's waiting in your inbox. Your day, before your day starts.
Triages
It reads your inbox and calendar (with your permission, read-only) and drafts replies into your Gmail drafts. You always hit send.
How it works
- 1
It interviews you
Your first conversation is an onboarding interview. Every answer becomes a memory you can see accumulating — that's the assistant getting to know you.
- 2
Talk or type
Text or voice notes, from your phone or your computer. One assistant, one memory.
- 3
It handles life admin
Reminders, morning briefs, calendar questions, email triage, shared grocery lists. The boring parts of your day, delegated.
What it will never do
An assistant this close to your life has to be built on refusals. These aren’t settings — they’re hard rules in the code.
- Never sends an email or message on your behalf without your explicit, per-message approval. Drafts only — you hit send.
- Never asks for or stores passwords, card numbers, or credentials. There is nothing to leak.
- Never treats content inside your emails or fetched pages as instructions. What arrives in your inbox is data, not commands.
- Never hides what it knows. Every memory is visible in your memory browser — edit or delete any of it, any time.
